The man accused of killing three people in North Bend a week ago is fighting extradition back to Oregon. 30-year-old Oen Evan Nicholson is being held in a Milwaukee, Wisconsin Jail.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

District Attorney Paul Frasier says his office was informed today Nicholson would not waive extradition back to Coos County and will appear in court again on July 20th in Wisconsin.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Nicholson is accused of killing 83-year-old Charles Simms Nicholson at the Mill Casino RV Park and then running over a Florida couple walking in that same park killing 74-year old Anthony Oyster. The alleged spree continued on Highway 101, where Nicholson is alleged to have shot and killed 47-year-old Jennifer L. Davidson, a clerk at a cannabis store.<\/div>\n

Frasier says he will submit documents to the Governor requesting she issue a Governor’s Warrant for his extradition. If issued, it will be sent to the Governor of Wisconsin. Nicholson still has the right to contest the request if it is honored. The process could take several weeks.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
