The hearing for the man fighting extradition to face First Degree Murder charges in the death of four people in a North Bend crime spree has been moved to August. 30-year-old Oen Evan Nicholson is awaiting a hearing in Wisconsin after authorities learned he declined to waive extradition back to Coos County. He turned himself into authorities after allegedly forcing a woman, on her lunch break, to drive him to Wisconsin from Springfield. Nicholson faces a long list of charges stemming from the June 18th<\/sup> deaths of four victims from two locations in North Bend. Nicholson\u2019s 83-year-old father; Charles Simms Nicholson and 74-year-old Anthony Oyster died at the RV Park. Jennifer L. Davidson was allegedly shot and killed by Nicholson at a cannabis store just up the road the same day. Oyster\u2019s wife, Linda, died earlier this month after succumbing to her injuries sustained when she and her husband were allegedly struck by the truck Nicholson was reportedly driving. Nicholson also faces charges out of Lane County. District Attorney Paul Frasier says the extradition hearing is now set for August 17th at 9:30 am.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
