Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water crossings may be flooded.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>ADDITIONAL DETAILS<\/b> &#8211; Extensive low elevation snowpack with heavy rain on it over the next 2 to 3 days will lead to the possibility of localized flooding of streams, creeks, and low-lying areas.<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\"><b>PRECAUTIONARY\/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS<\/b> &#8211; You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood Warnings.
