The Pool Levy for the City of North Bend was approved by the voters in North Bend last night during the Special Election. Mayor, Jessica Engelke says the vote in favor of keeping the pool will enhance the community’s quality of life and make it a better place to live. The North Bend Municipal Pool closed last year due to the pandemic and remained closed due to lack of funding. The funds from the levy will be used for operations and maintenance. The pool will reopen on July 1st for the summer pending major capital project upgrades the grant the city has applied for is approved.
