The football rivalry matchup between North Bend and Coos Bay has been cancelled after a North Bend varsity player tested positive for COVID. The player travelled, played and had physical contact with members from both North Bend and Ashland on September 9th and 10th. The player had no symptoms until the following day. Coos Health and Wellness have been contacted and began the contact tracing process. As a precaution, the Civil War game schedule for this Friday has been cancelled.
