A Coos Bay Police Officer faces 20 separate counts of alleged sex crimes against a minor. Coos Bay City Manager Rodger Craddock confirmed Terry Scott Rogers has been on administrative leave. Rogers appeared in Coos County Circuit Court earlier today. He faces multiple charges of 1st Degree Unlawful Sexual Penetration, 1st Degree Sexual Abuse, Luring of a Minor, and 3rd Degree Sexual Abuse. Rogers is scheduled to appear Friday for a pretrial release hearing. He is currently lodged at the Coos County Jail in Coquille.
