The Coos Bay-North Bend Rotary Club will have a 4-Way Test Speech Contest for high school students 9th through 12 grade. The purpose of the speech competition is to help youth, Rotarians, and the community to understand the principles of ethical behaviors. Students wanting to participate must write about a topic that generally applies to the 4 Way Test. Entries must be submitted by March 21st.
