Coos County District Attorney Paul Frasier says 24-year-old Toryn Syrus Mowry has been identified as the suspect in the Bandon shooting death. Mowry is the half-brother of 15-year-old Finnigan Lewis who died after being shot in the apartment he was living. Mowry has been charged with 2nd Degree Murder and is lodged at the Coos County Jail. Official charges will be filed Thursday in Coos County Circuit Court. Police and emergency personnel responded to 1574 Harvard Street in Bandon shortly before 11:00 this morning. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the Bandon Police Department.
