The 2021 Coos County Fair and Rodeo will proceed with modifications. The Fair Board is expected to make an official announcement in the next several days. Fair officials say the future announcement was predicated on approval from Coos Health and Wellness and the Coos County Commissioners. 4H programs, operated through Oregon State University, have also been given the green light to proceed. The fair is scheduled for July 20th through 24th. The Fair and Rodeo were cancelled last year because of the pandemic. The Coos County Fair Board will make the official determination on how the fair will operate and will publicly release it next week.
