The Oregon Department of Corrections has reported an In-Custody death of 74-year-old Paul Arthur Jackson from Coos County. Jackson died yesterday evening while on Hospice Care. Jackson entered DOC Custody on July 5th, 2018 after he was convicted of one count of second-degree sodomy involving a child. Jackson’s earliest release date was September 29th, 2024. The Oregon Department of Corrections notified the Oregon State Police and the next of kin.
