DA Releases Cause of Death in Triple Homicide

Coos County District Attorney Paul Frasier says the three victims in Friday’s incidents at two North Bend locations ruled all three as homicide. Frasier released the causes of death from the autopsies, saying 83-year-old Charles Simms Nicholson died of injuries sustained from the force of a sharp object to his neck, abdomen, and chest area. 74-year-old Anthony Oyster of Florida died as a result of massive internal injuries to his chest and abdomen by being struck by the suspect’s vehicle. 47-year-old Jennifer Davidson died at Herbal Choices in North Bend as a result of multiple bullet wounds in the abdomen and chest. Frasier says the suspect, 30-year-old Oen Evan Nicholson remains in Wisconsin and it is not known when he will be extradited.
