A board meeting will be held for Southern Coos Hospital and Health Center tonight starting at 6:30 pm to fill two vacant board positions and search for a permanent Chief Executive Officer. After an executive session that interviewed six candidates on August 19th, the board unanimously voted to have Debi Ellis will continue as interim CEO until the board vacancies were filled. Tonight’s special meeting will meet in an open session to allow the top four candidates 30-minute interviews.
