A North Bend man has died in a vehicle versus pedestrian accident on Highway 213 in Clackamas County over the weekend. Oregon State Police Troopers responded to a report of a fatal accident on December 4th around 10:23 PM on Highway 213 near South East Otty Road. The investigation revealed that 50-year-old Kendal Elizabeth Conley of Milwaukie was driving and struck a pedestrian later identified as 67-year-old James Ross Barclay of North Bend. Conley was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Criminally Negligent Homicide. Barclay sustained fatal injuries.
