A Curry County Man remains in custody after a report of a domestic situation took place on Thursday, September 2nd. Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a report of a potential domestic situation in a moving vehicle. Dispatched advised deputies of a woman being possibly held against her will just south of Bandon on Highway 101. A deputy was able to locate the vehicle on Flores Lake Loop in Curry County. 45-year-old Juan A. Morales of Curry County was arrested on the charges of Second-Degree Kidnap and Fourth Degree Assault for crimes that occurred in Coos County. Morales was transported to the Coos County Jail where he is booked and held on the charges.
