The City of North Bend has postponed the annual July Jubilee. City Manager David Milliron says that though the city has come to terms with the event having to be postponed due to an increase in COVID rates in the county and are following the CDC and Oregon Health Authority guidelines to limit the spread. Milliron says that the city is hoping to move the event to a different date where it won’t conflict with other events. The city will poll its residents and surrounding communities to see if a festival will still be able to happen at a different date.
