The National Weather Service has issued a High Wind Warning in effect from 5:00 pm today through 8:00 pm on Tuesday March 28. Expect wing gusts reaching 65 mph mostly south of North Bend.
Strongest winds are expected this evening into tonight. Winds are expected to briefly lower early Tuesday morning, then increase again by Tuesday afternoon.
People should avoid being outside in forested areas and around trees and branches. If possible, remain in the lower levels of your home during the windstorm, and avoid windows. Use caution if you must drive.
