615 AND 616 in COOS AND DOUGLAS COUNTIES ***

The National Weather Service in Medford has issued a Red Flag Warning, which is in effect from 8 PM Thursday to 11 AM Friday.

* IMPACTS…A higher threat of lightning-ignited wildfires. Any new ignitions may spread rapidly if storms are dry.

* AFFECTED AREA… FWZ 615 and western sections of FWZ 616…

* THUNDERSTORMS…Moving towards the north around 20 to 35 mph.

* OUTFLOW WINDS…Gusts up to 45 mph.
